Together the property can sleep 7 people comfortably (9 with double sofa bed) The house is situated at the top of the beautiful village of Lucainena de las Torres (below), which is approximately 30 minutes from Almeria airport.
Main House
The main house, as pictured above, has 3 bedrooms. One bedroom has an additional adjoining room that can be used for an extra single bed.
There is a living room in the centre of the house with log burning stove, television (spanish digital freeview) and DVD player.
The kitchen has gas cooker and electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, table and chairs for 6 people and high chair.
The bathroom has bath / shower.
Apartment
The Apartment has 1 double bedroom and a living room with large double sofa-bed. Both rooms have solid wood floors.
The bathroom has a walk-in type shower.
There is also a small kitchenette with sink, 2 ring hob, kettle, toaster and fridge.
Garden
The garden consists of 3 terraces that join the main house and apartment together.
The village of Lucainena
Lucainena is a beautiful rural village approximately 600 metres above sea level with 4 bars, 2 restaurants and a large outdoor public swimming pool surrounded by a grass garden with trees. The pool is open from beginning of June to mid-September (check with us for exact dates). Agua Amarga is the nearest beach which is 30 minutes away (pictured below).
