About Lucainena

Lucainena is a beautiful rural village set in rugged Almerian countryside, approximately 600 metres above sea level.

It is located in the north of Sierra Alhamilla mountains, bordering the natural areas of Cabo de Gata, and the Sierra de Cabrera, and approximately 40 minutes from Almeria airport.

It has 4 bars, 2 restaurants and a large outdoor public swimming pool surrounded by a grass garden with trees. The pool is open from beginning of June to mid-September (check with us for exact dates). Agua Amarga is the nearest beach which is 30 minutes away .
